Check Availabilities

Please contact us at (808)123-4567 or email us through the online mail form. We will provide you with the availabilities and the price.

 

Step 2

 

Estimate

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the estimate within 48 hours. If you agree to the terms and wish to book your room, please contact us through phone or email.

Step 3

 

Contract

Once your request is confirmed and the room is available, we will send you the contract through email or fax, whichever you prefer.


After receiving the signed contract, we will book your room and discuss further information once you arrive to Hawaii.

Step 4

 

Moving in

Once you arrive to the airport, please contact one of our local staffs to confirm your status. You will need to take the shuttle bus or taxi to your destination. If you would like to be picked up, we would gladly arrange it for you (additional cost required).

 

The local staff will meet you at the property and provide you with rooms keys along with property rules.

Step 5

 

Payment

Payment will be required at the time of check in. You may pay by credit card, cash or traveler's check.

 

Fees to changing dates (if available)
- 60 days prior to check-in: $50
- 45 ~ 31 days prior to check in: $150

 

If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the local staff.
Given the room is available, we will provide you with the new contract.

* Terms and conditions may differ for each properites
* If the owner doesn't request additional charge, you may stay for free

 

Fees to cancelling your reservation:
- 91 days prior: Free
- 90 ~ 61 days prior: 10% of the original cost
- 60 ~ 31 days prior: 25% of the original cost
- 30 days prior: 100% of the original cost

* the cancellation policy may differ for each properties. Please refer to your contract.
